What is Ample?
Ample is a loyalty app owned by Ample Prosperity Sdn Bhd that allows members to earn points for purchases made at participating brands, i.e. Seasons Grocer and K8 Xpress.
How do I sign up to be an Ample member?
Just download the Ample app from Play Store/App Store, sign up by filling in the required fields and you can enjoy member benefits instantly.
What benefits do I get to enjoy by being an Ample member?
You can earn points from your purchases made at Seasons Grocer and K8 Xpress. On top of that, you will also enjoy exclusive member deals, rewards and be the first to know about Seasons Grocer and K8 Xpress news.
Do I need to pay any membership fee when I sign up to be an Ample member?
Absolutely not. Membership is FREE.
How do I collect points?
Just turn on your app and present your member QR to the cashier upon checkout at participating outlets. Remember to have your QR scanned BEFORE you make your payment or you won’t be able to collect points for your transaction.
Can I collect points if I missed out scanning my member ID during check out?
No. We won’t be able to award you points if you did not scan your member QR during checkout.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance on the Ample app. Details of your points movement can be found under the Points History section.
Is there an expiry date to my points?
The points you have earned will expire 2 years from the date it was earned on the last day of the month, e.g. points earned on 12 June 2020 will expire on 30 June 2022.
How do I reset my password?
You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button at the sign in page. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions of how you can reset your password.
Will my points disappear if I uninstalled the app or lost my mobile phone?
No. Your points will remain as long as you are able to login with your registered email and password.
What can I redeem with my points?
There are lots of rewards that you can redeem from the Rewards section of the Ample app. Be sure to check it out from time to time so you don’t miss out on limited time offers!
Can I transfer my points to my friends and family who is also an Ample member?
No. Points earned are non-transferable.
Can I apply for more than 1 Ample account?
Each user can only apply for 1 Ample account using the same email address.
I played the Spin & Win game before I downloaded the App and received a reward, why don’t I see my reward in my Ample account?
Please check if you signed up on the Ample app using the same registration details as provided when you played the game. Both registration details need to match in order for us to credit your earned reward into your account.
